摘　　要：水缆供水是一种创新型供水方式,可为港口移动设备四季环保除尘提供可靠水源。针对磁滞联轴节式卷盘控制系统存在的问题,设计了一种基于PLC控制的变频式水缆卷盘控制系统,实现水缆在收揽与放缆过程中的恒张力状态,避免张力过大对水缆造成的损伤。运行结果表明,变频式水缆卷盘控制系统运行稳定,能耗低、可靠性高,具有良好的推广价值。Water cable water supply is a new type of water supply method,and it can provide reliable water source for mobile single machine environmental protection and dust removal in all seasons.Aiming at the problems of the hysteresis coupling type reel control system,a frequency conversion water cable reel control system based on PLC control is designed.This system achieves a constant tension state of the water cable during the retraction and release process,avoiding damage to the water cable caused by excessive tension.The operation results show that the frequency conversion water cable reel control system operates stably,has low energy consumption,high reliability,and good promotion value.
