摘  要:尖山铁矿对中碎干选工艺运行情况进行调查与研究,通过干选机磁系偏角调整、分矿板最佳距离及角度改造,实现了矿石“该选则选”、废石“能抛则抛”的目的,降低了系统选比,节约成本,取得了显著效益。The operation of the tertiary crushing and dry separation process is investigated and researched by Jianshan Iron Ore Mine.The magnetic declination of the dry separator is adjusted and the distance and angle of the splitter is upgraded,which achieves the goal of“ores are separated to the utmost”and“waste rocks are discarded to the utmost”,decreases the separation ratio of the system,saves costs,and achieves significant benefits.
