摘　　要：解决居民生活垃圾处理问题是破解“垃圾围城”这一困境的有效手段,是推进生态文明建设的重要策略。根据研究发现,我国中小城市居民生活垃圾处理成效显著,随着政策和规章制度的不断完善,垃圾处理的效果也取得了阶段性的进展,但是其中仍然存在着缺陷与不足。本文通过归纳总结目前中小城市居民生活垃圾处理现状,以及分析目前在居民生活垃圾处理系统中的缺陷与不足,提出优化居民生活垃圾处理的策略。Solving the problem of household waste disposal is an effective means to solve the dilemma of"garbage siege"and an important strategy to promote ecological civilization construction.According to research,it has been found that the treatment of household waste in small and medium-sized cities in China has achieved significant results.With the continuous improvement of policies and regulations,the effectiveness of waste treatment has also made phased progress,but there are still shortcomings and deficiencies.This article summarizes the current status of household waste treatment for residents in small and medium-sized cities,analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the current household waste treatment system,and proposes strategies for optimizing household waste treatment.
