健儿止泻推拿技术治疗小儿迁慢性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健儿止泻推拿技术对小儿迁慢性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至12月中国中医科学院望京医院门诊就诊的迁慢性腹泻患儿60例作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以基础治疗联合饮食调护,观察组在对照组基础上增加健儿止泻推拿疗法,治疗时间为7 d。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后大便次数、大便性状积分及中医证候总积分。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大便次数、大便性状积分及中医症候总积分低于治疗前;对照组大便性状、中医症候总积分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大便次数、大便性状积分及中医症候总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健儿止泻推拿技术治疗小儿迁慢性腹泻效果显著,可从整体上改善中医证候;该方法简单易操作,依从性好,是治疗小儿迁慢性腹泻较好的方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jian’er zhixie massage technology in the treatment of children persistent and chronic diarrhea.Methods A total of 60 children with persistent and chronic diarrhea treated in outpatient department of Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from June to December 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment and diet adjustment,and observation group was added Jian’er zhixie massage technology on the basis of control group,the treatment time was seven days.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared;the score of frequency of stool,the characteristics of stool,and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of frequency of stool,the characteristics of stool,and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in observation group were lower than those before treatment;the score of characteristics of stool and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in control group were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of frequency of stool,the characteristics of stool,and the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jian’er zhixie massage technology is effective in the treatment of children persistent and chronic diarrhea,and can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome as a whole.This method is simple and easy to operate,good compliance,is a better treatment for children persistent and chro
