摘　　要：目的探讨失效模式与效应分析模式在经股动脉介入术后并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2022年1月江苏省南通市第六人民医院收治的100例经股动脉介入术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和观察组,每组50例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取失效模式与效应分析模式。比较两组护理质量、并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组护理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论失效模式与效应分析模式能够促进经股动脉介入术后护理质量的提升,有效避免术后并发症风险的发生。Objective To explore the application of failure mode and effect analysis model in prevention of postoperative complications after transfemoral intervention.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Nantong,Jiangsu Province undergoing transfemoral intervention from December 2019 to January 2022 were selected by cluster sampling.They were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with failure mode and effect analysis mode,the nursing quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Failure mode and effect analysis mode can promote the improvement of nursing quality after femoral artery intervention and effectively avoid the risk of postoperative complications.
