摘　　要：目的分析“互联网+”健康管理护理干预在动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月江苏省人民医院干部诊疗体检中心100例AS患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予“互联网+”健康管理护理干预,比较两组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分、疾病心理社会适应量表(PAIS-SR)评分、服药依从性。结果护理后,两组ESCA各项评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组PAIS-SR各项评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”健康管理护理干预可有效提高健康体检中心AS患者社会适应能力、自理能力、服药依从性,赢得患者认可与赞同。Objective To analyze the application effect of“Internet+”health management nursing intervention in patients with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods A total of 100 AS patients who were detected in the Cadre Medical Examination Center,Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given“Internet+”health management nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score,self-report psychosocial adjustment to illness scale(PAIS-SR)score and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of PAIS-SR in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+”health management nursing intervention can effectively improve the social adaptation ability,self-care ability and medication compliance of AS patients in health examination centers,and win the recognition and approval of patients.
