摘　　要：目的探讨针对重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者进行床旁功率自行车运动标准化流程的建立及应用。方法选取2020年9月至2021年5月上海交通大学附属第六人民医院ICU的122例患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各61例。对照组接受ICU常规治疗,试验组采用标准化流程对患者实施床旁功率自行车运动。比较两组在进行床旁功率自行车运动后医学研究委员会(MRC)肌力评分、日常生活活动能力量表Barthel指数(BI)、机械通气时长、满意度。结果离开ICU时,两组MRC肌力评分、BI评分均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组机械通气时长短于治疗前,且试验组短于对照组(P<0.05);两组满意度优于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论床旁功率自行车运动标准化流程的建立可以显著改善患者的相关评价指标,促进患者的康复和提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the establishment and application of standardized procedure of bedside power cycling in patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 122 patients admitted to the Department of ICU of the Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University were selected as research objects from September 2020 to May 2021,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received ICU routine treatment,and patients in the experimental group were subjected to bedside power cycling exercise with standardized procedures.After treatment,Medical Research Council(MRC)muscle strength score,activities of daily living Barthel index(BI)mechanical ventilation duration,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Upon Leaving the ICU,MRC muscle strength score and BI index of two groups were higher than those of before treatment,and those of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The length of mechanical ventilation in both groups were longer than those of before treatment,the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and that of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of the standardized process of exercise of bedside power bicycle can significantly improve the relevant evaluation indicators of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
