摘　　要：加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的提出已有多年历史,并在外科手术中得到广泛应用,但由于糖尿病患者存在血糖控制困难、术后并发症多、可能的胃排空延迟等因素,使ERAS的应用仍处于起步阶段。在对ERAS理念下糖尿病患者围手术期管理特点及不同外科手术后患者恢复情况等方面进行研究后,发现在糖尿病患者中应用ERAS是安全有效的。然而,现阶段对于围手术期管理的具体措施仍缺乏针对性、系统性的标准,需要进一步研究和探索。The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has been proposed for many years and has been widely used in surgery,but the application of ERAS is still in its infancy due to factors such as difficulty in blood glucose control,frequent postoperative complications,and possible delayed gastric emptying in diabetic mellitus patients.After studying the characteristics of perioperative management of diabetic mellitus patients under the concept of ERAS and the recovery of patients after different surgical procedures,it was found that the application of ERAS in diabetic mellitus patients is safe and effective.However,specific measures for perioperative management still lack targeted and systematic standards at this stage,and further research and exploration are needed.
