摘　　要：公立中医医院是我国中医医疗服务体系的建设基石,在全面推进健康中国战略中扮演重要角色,是发展健康中国的领头羊。新时期公立中医医院在发展方式从量向质的转变,这是适应国家贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,更好地服务人民健康,实现高质量发展的必然要求。根据国务院对推动公立医院高质量发展的要求,综合考虑社会经济发展、人民健康需求、医药卫生体制改革目标及建立健全现代医院管理制度的内在要求,针对当前公立中医医院在医、教、研、产、管等方面存在的突出问题,通过文献研究,并结合中国中医科学院广安门医院的高质量发展实践探索,从党建引领、能力提升、创新增效、结构优化、人才培养、文化聚力等6个方面提出思考。The public traditional Chinese medicine hospital is the cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine medical service system in China,plays an important role in the comprehensive promotion of the strategy of healthy China,and is the leader of the development of healthy China.In the new era,the development mode of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals has changed from quantity to quality,which is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the national implementation of the new development concept,build a new development pattern,better serve the people’s health,and achieve high-quality development.According to the requirements of the State Council to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,comprehensive consideration of social and economic development,people’s health needs,medical and health system reform objectives and the internal requirements of establishing and improving modern hospital management system,aiming at the current prominent problems in medicine,teaching,research,production,management,and other aspects of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Through literature research and combined with the high-quality development practice exploration of Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,this paper puts forward thoughts from six aspects,including party building guidance,ability improvement,innovation and efficiency,structure optimization,talent training,and cultural cohesion.
