摘　　要：肠道切除、重建是克罗恩病手术治疗的关键步骤,重建术后吻合口复发是其常见的并发症之一。因吻合口复发涉及较为复杂的后续处理,越来越受到炎症性肠病专科医生的重视。本文通过对克罗恩病术后吻合口复发的风险因素进行总结,以期为临床实践提供参考。Intestinal resection and reconstruction are crucial steps in surgical treatment for Crohn disease.However,anastomotic recurrence is a common complication following reconstruction surgery.Due to the complexity of the subsequent management of anastomotic recurrence,it has drawn increasing attention from specialists in inflammatory bowel disease.This article summarizes the risk factors of anastomotic recurrence after Crohn disease in order to provide references for clinical pracitice.
