摘　　要：目的进一步提高静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)成品输液使用的安全性及有效性。方法参考国内约20家医疗机构成品输液标签警示标识的使用情况,同时结合复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院实际调研结果,在该院PIVAS原有成品输液标签中添加警识标识内容,对比警识标识应用前后效果。结果成品输液标签警示标识应用后,不规范使用成品输液发生率、成品输液性状变化发生率及患者不良反应发生率均明显降低(P<0.05),摆药核对正确率明显升高(P<0.05),日均摆药核对时间及组均摆药核对时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论成品输液标签警示标识的应用突出了药品使用主要警示信息,可有效提高PIVAS相关工作人员的工作效率,改善药学服务质量,保障住院患者静脉输液的安全性及有效性。Objective To promote the safe and effective usage of finished infusion products in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS).Methods Referring to the usage of warning labels of finished infusion products in about 20 medical institutions in China,the warning information were added to the original labels of PIVAS finished infusion products in the Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)based on the actual status,and the effects of warning labels before and after application were compared.Results After the application of warning labels of finished infusion products,the incidence of non-standard usage and characteristics change of finished infusion products and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients were significantly lower(P<0.05),the correct rate of dispensing checking was significantly higher(P<0.05),the daily dispensing checking time and average dispensing checking time in each group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The warning labels of finished infusion products highlight the main warning information of drugs,which can effectively increase the work efficiency of staff in PIVAS,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of intravenous infusion for inpatients.
