摘　　要：目的建立银翘解毒片的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用HPLC-二极管阵列检测器(PDA)-蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)联用技术。以牛蒡苷峰为参照峰建立15批样品的HPLC-PDA-ELSD指纹图谱。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)进行相似度评价。结果PDA及ELSD下分别标定了15批样品指纹图谱中35个及26个共有峰,指认了其中9个化学成分,分别为绿原酸、甘草苷、连翘酯苷A、木犀草苷、橙皮苷、连翘苷、牛蒡苷、甘草酸铵、桔梗皂苷D。2种检测器下分别有14批和13批样品的指纹图谱相似度大于0.9。结论所建立的方法可用于银翘解毒片的质量控制。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint of Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets.Methods The HPLC-photo diode array(PDA)-evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD)was adopted.The HPLC-PDA-ELSD fingerprint of 15 batches of samples was established with arctiin peak as the reference.The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2012 version)was used for similarity evaluation.Results A total of 35 and 26 common peaks were marked in the fingerprint of 15 batches of samples by the PDA and ELSD respectively,and nine chemical components were identified,including chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,forsythoside A,luteoloside,hesperidin,phillyrin,arctiin,glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt and platycodin D.There were 14 and 13 batches of samples with fingerprint similarity greater than 0.9 by the PDA and ELSD respectively.Conclusion The established method can be used for quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets.
