摘　　要：目的 探讨归因心理调适对口腔癌(OCC)术后患者的影响。方法 选取2022年1-12月在医院口腔科确诊的150例OCC患者,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患者采用常规口腔癌术后干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合归因心理调适干预,均干预3个月。比较两组患者护理干预前后心理韧性、自我感受负担、癌因性疲乏、自护能力和生活质量评分。结果 护理干预前,两组患者心理韧性、自我感受负担、癌因性疲乏、自护能力和生活质量评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预3个月后,两组患者心理韧性、自护能力、生活质量各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的自我感受负担、癌因性疲乏各维度评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 归因心理调适可有效提高口腔癌患者术后心理韧性、自护能力和生活质量,降低癌因性疲乏和自我感受负担。Objective To explore the effects of attributional psychological adjustment on postoperative oral cavity cancer(OCC)patients.Methods 150 OCC patients diagnosed in the stomatology department of the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional postoperative oral cancer interventions,the observation group was combined with attributional psychological adjustment interventions on the basis of the control group,both of which were intervened for 3 months.Comparison of psychological toughness,self-perceived burden,cancer-caused fatigue,self-care ability and quality of life scores before and after nursing intervention in the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,the comparison of psychological toughness,self-perceived burden,cancer-caused fatigue,self-care ability and quality of life scores between the two groups was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing intervention,the scores of psychological toughness,self-care ability and quality of life dimensions of patients in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the scores of self-perceived burdens and cancer-caused fatigue dimensions of patients in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Attributed psychological adjustment can effectively improve the postoperative psychological resilience,self-care ability and quality of life of oral cancer patients,and reduce cancer-caused fatigue and self-perceived burden.
