摘　　要：目的 系统评价国内患者及照顾者对“互联网+护理服务”体验的质性研究,为日后开展高质量的“互联网+护理服务”提供参考依据。方法 运用计算机检索中英文数据库中有关患者及照顾者对“互联网+护理服务”体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年1月。依据JBI质性研究质量评价标准对最终纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价,运用汇集性Meta整合的方法进行整合。结果 共纳入7篇文献,提炼出35个研究结果,将相似的结果归纳为11个类别,综合形成4个整合结果:患者及照顾者对“互联网+护理服务”的态度;患者及照顾者选择“互联网+护理服务”的促成因素;患者及照顾者接受“互联网+护理服务”的阻碍因素;患者及照顾者对“互联网+护理服务”的服务需求。结论 患者及照顾者对“互联网+护理服务”仍有许多顾虑,医疗机构管理人员应该重视患者及照顾者的体验,规避护理服务风险,规范收费标准,积极拓展服务项目,满足患者多元化的健康需求,努力为患者提供高质量的“互联网+护理服务”。Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research on patients'and caregivers'experiences of"Internet+Nursing Service"in China,to provide a reference basis for the future development of high-quality"Internet+Nursing Service".Methods To searched Chinese and English databases for qualitative studies on patients'and caregivers'experiences of Internet+nursing services from January 2023 to January 2023 by computer.The methodological quality of the included literature was assessed according to the JBI Quality Assessment Criteria for Qualitative Research,and the method of pooled Meta integration was used for integration.Results 7 papers were included,35 fi ndings were extracted,and similar fi ndings were grouped into 11 categories to form 4 integrated fi ndings:patients'and caregivers'attitudes towards Internet+nursing services;patients'and caregivers'factors contributing to the choice of Internet+nursing services;patients'and caregivers'attitudes towards Internet+nursing services;patients'and caregivers'attitudes towards Internet+care services;and patients'and caregivers'factors contributing to the choice of Internet+nursing services."The results were combined into four categories:patients'and caregivers'attitudes towards Internet+nursing services;patients'and caregivers'facilitators of choosing Internet+nursing services;patients'and caregivers'barriers to accepting Internet+nursing services;and patients'and caregivers'service needs for Internet+nursing Services.Conclusion Patients and caregivers still had many concerns about"Internet+Nursing Service".Healthcare organisations should pay attention to the experience of patients and caregivers,avoid the risk of nursing service,standardise the charging standard,actively expand the service items,meet the diversifi ed health needs of patients,and strive to provide high-quality"Internet+Nursing Service"for patients.
