摘 要:针对压力容器内部缺陷难以检出的问题,采用离面位移的方法对其进行研究。通过弹性理论分析的方法得到了含缺陷圆形平板封头的离面位移场,并与有限元方法进行比较,验证了理论方法的准确性。基于有限元方法研究了容器材质、缺陷形状、压力载荷及缺陷尺寸对离面位移的影响,结果表明:容器材质对离面位移影响较小;随着缺陷长宽比的增加,离面位移一阶导数最大值主体呈现递增趋势;离面位移一阶导数与压力载荷呈线性关系,此关系不会因压力变化而改变,且当δ>9时,缺陷才具有检出性。文章研究成果可为压力容器数字散斑剪切干涉法无损检测提供理论指导。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to detect the internal defects of pressure vessels,the out of plane displacement method is used to study them.The out of plane displacement field of the circular plate head with defects is obtained by the method of elastic theory analysis,and compared with the finite element method,the accuracy of the theoretical method is verified.Based on the finite element method,the effects of vessel material,defect shape,pressure load and defect size on the out of plane displacement are studied.The results show that the vessel material has little effect on the out of plane displacement;With the increase of the aspect ratio of the defect,the maximum value of the first derivative of the out of plane displacement shows an increasing trend;The first derivative of the out of plane displacement has a linear relationship with the pressure load,which will not change due to the pressure change,and whenδ>9,the defect is detectable.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the nondestructive testing of pressure vessels by digital speckle shearing interferometry.
