摘 要:针对传感器检测弯管存在因检测位置不同,致使敏感程度差异较大问题,提出对称式PZT布局。利用超声数值模拟方法建立对称式PZT布局与同一位置不同损伤程度的椭圆形冲蚀凹坑弯管有限元模型,对不同冲蚀损伤检测进行数值模拟。提出损伤参量,得到冲蚀损伤程度与损伤参量之间的关系,验证对称式PZT布局检测弯管损伤的有效性。基于数值模拟研究发现,4个接收点位置对缺陷的敏感程度一致,通过分析传感信号首波,引入能量参量评估弯管损伤程度:随着损伤程度的增加,能量参量呈现出先增加后减少的趋势。提出的对称式压电布局检测弯管冲蚀损伤的应用可减少工程事故的发生。Aiming at the problem that the sensor detection elbow has different sensitivity due to different detection positions,a symmetrical PZT layout is proposed.The finite element model of symmetrical PZT and elliptical erosion pit elbow with different damage degrees at the same position was established by ultrasonic numerical simulation method,and different erosion damage detection was numerically simulated.The damage parameters are proposed,and the relationship between the degree of erosion damage and the damage parameters is obtained,which verifies the effectiveness of symmetrical PZT layout in detecting elbow damage.Based on the numerical simulation,it is found that the sensitivity of the four receiving points to the defects is consistent.By analyzing the first wave of the sensing signal,the energy parameter is introduced to evaluate the damage degree of the elbow:with the increase of the damage degree,the energy parameter shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The application of symmetrical piezoelectric layout to detect erosion damage of elbow pipe can reduce the occurrence of engineering accidents.
