摘 要:为探究超声导波在焊缝及缺陷处的散射特性,并实现缺陷的轴向定位,利用数值仿真建立管道焊缝和缺陷模型,提取反射和透射信号,分析其轴对称模态和弯曲模态成分。利用弯曲模态反射回波对焊缝管道缺陷的位置进行定位。结果表明:当轴对称超声导波作为入射波时,焊缝处反射和透射波均为轴对称波,缺陷反射和透射波既含有轴对称模态,又含有弯曲模态。当管道中有缺陷时,反射波信号非轴对称特性比透射波信号更加明显,表明反射信号更适合用于识别焊接管道中的缺陷。利用弯曲模态反射波,对焊缝左右单缺陷、双缺陷和焊缝缺陷进行定位,其识别误差小于3%,精度较高。In order to investigate the scattering characteristics of ultrasonic guided waves at weld seams and defects,and to achieve the axial location of defects,numerical simulation is used to establish pipeline weld seam and defect models,extract the reflected and transmitted signals,and analyse their axisymmetric and bending mode components.The bending mode reflection echo is used to locate the position of the defects in the welded pipeline.The results show that when the axisymmetric ultrasonic guided wave is used as the incident wave,the reflected and transmitted waves at the welded seam are axisymmetric,and the defect reflected and transmitted waves contain both axisymmetric and bending modes.When there are defects in the pipe,the non-axisymmetric characteristics of the reflected wave signals are more obvious than the transmitted wave signals,indicating that the reflected signals are more suitable for identifying defects in welded pipes.Using the bending mode reflected wave,single defects,double defects and weld defects on the left and right side of the weld are localized with an identification error of less than 3%and high accuracy.
