摘 要:历史环境是塑造城市特色、彰显城市文化的关键要素。近年来,历史环境保护与再生成为城市更新关注的热点。当前研究成果中对历史环境采取的保护再生策略实施使用后评价研究较少,既有案例难以通过再生策略的评价来支持后续的保护工作。本文以天津中心城区典型近代历史环境案例——先农大院为研究对象,采用公众调查、建立评价体系和定性定量评价结合等方法对其历史环境再生策略的实施情况进行分析,总结先农大院的保护在艺术审美、公众认知程度、运营管理策划层面的优势和周围相关基础设施资源配套不足等现状问题,以期通过对现状资源的整合与再配置,为该街区未来发展方向提供依据和参考。Historical environment is the key element to shape urban characteristics and highlight urban culture.In recent years,the conservation and regeneration of historical environment have become the focus of urban renewal.In the recent research results,there are few studies about the post occupancy evaluation of the conservation and regeneration strategies adopted for the historical environment.Many existing cases are difficult to support the followup protection through the evaluation of the regeneration strategies.Xiannong block,a typical modern historical environment case in the central urban area of Tianjin,was selected as the research object.The historical environmental conservation and regeneration strategies adopted in Xiannong block were evaluated by conducting public surveys,establishing an evaluation system and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis.The advantages of the protection of the Xiannong block in terms of artistic aesthetics,public awareness,operation and management planning,as well as the current problems such as the lack of supporting infrastructure resources in the surrounding area were summarised.The aim of this paper is to provide basis and reference for the future development direction of Xiannong block through the reintegration and reallocation of current resources.
