摘　　要：研究城市多维韧性耦合协调发展,有助于促进城市高质量发展。从经济、基础设施、社会、生态4个维度,构建城市多维韧性评估指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型和空间杜宾模型,分析2001—2020年湖南省城市多维韧性耦合协调的时空变化特征、内在多维限制性和外部影响因素。结果表明:(1)湖南省城市多维韧性有所增强,但总体水平不高。生态韧性起到了支撑作用,经济韧性最低,基础设施韧性前期增幅较大,社会韧性中后期发展较快。(2)城市多维韧性的耦合协调度由濒临失调跃升至中级协调,呈现以长沙为单核心的“东高西低”空间格局。(3)滞后型城市的多维韧性耦合协调发展具有内在多维限制性,经济韧性、社会韧性亟待提升。(4)城镇化、市场力和开放力对多维韧性耦合协调发展具有促进作用,行政力、创新力总体表现为抑制效应。不同发展阶段下,外部因素的影响存在显著差异。Studying the coupled coordinated development of multidimensional urban resilience,is beneficial for promoting urban high-quality development.This paper established an evaluation index system of urban resilience from four dimensions,namely economic resilience,infrastructure resilience,social resilience and ecological resilience.Using the coupling coordination degree model and the spatial Durbin model,this paper analyzed the spatio-temporal changes,intrinsic multidimensional constraints and external influencing factors of multidimensional urban resilience coupling coordination in Hunan Province from 2001 to 2020.The results showed that:①The multidimensional urban resilience in Hunan Province experienced a slight increase,underpinned by ecological resilience.Meanwhile,economic resilience was the lowest in the four dimensions.Infrastructure resilience increased remarkably in the early stage,while social resilience increased rapidly in the middle and late stages.②The coupling coordination degree of multidimensional urban resilience turned from the brink of imbalance to primary coordination,characterized as the spatial pattern of“higher in the east and lower in the west”with Changsha as the single core.③The coupling coordinated development of multidimensional resilience in lagging cities was constrained by multiple internal dimensions,among which economic resilience and social resilience needed to be improved urgently.④Urbanization,market force and openness could promote the coupling coordination of multidimensional urban resilience in Hunan Province,while administrative power and innovation power exerted negative effects on coupling coordination.In addition,the impacts of external factors varied significantly in different stages.
