摘 要:针对废镍钼加氢催化剂提出了一种双氧水结合氨水氧化浸出工艺,选择性浸出其中的钼。通过实验研究了双氧水用量、浸出温度、浸出时间对钼浸出率的影响,并对浸出渣进行了SEM、EDS、XRD表征。结果表明:在滴加氨水维持反应体系pH为8~9、双氧水用量为2.0倍理论量、浸出温度为80℃、浸出时间为120min、搅拌速度为250r/min条件下,Mo浸出率可达到97%以上,同时Al和Ni的溶解率维持在较低水平。An oxidative leaching process of hydrogen peroxide combined with ammonia was proposed for selective leaching of molybdenum from spent nickel-molybdenum hydrogenation catalysts.The effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage,leaching temperature and leaching time on the leaching rate of molybdenum were studied by experiments,and the leaching residue was characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that the leaching rate of molybdenum can reach over 97%under the conditions of a reaction system pH of 8~9 maintained by adding ammonia,hydrogen peroxide dosage of 2.0 times the theoretical amount,leaching temperature of 80℃,leaching time of 120 min,and stirring speed of 250 r/min,while the dissolution rates of aluminum and nickel remain at a low level.
