摘  要:采用真空感应熔炼炉制备Ag-Ni-Sc系列合金。采用浸泡腐蚀、电化学测试研究了系列合金在0.1mol/L的Na_(2)S溶液和H_(2)S气氛中的腐蚀行为,采用SEM、EDS、OM及硬度测试研究了Sc含量对Ag-Ni合金的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物组分、显微结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量添加Sc元素可以降低合金的腐蚀电流,提高合金的抗硫化性能,细化合金晶粒,提升合金的硬度。过量的Sc会导致合金组织中出现过多金属间化合物、晶界偏析,从而使得合金硬度和抗硫化性能变差。综合考虑,Sc元素在Ag-Ni合金中的最优添加量为0.15%。Ag-Ni-Sc series alloys were prepared by vacuum induction smelting furnace.The corrosion beha-vior of these series of alloys in 0.1 mol/L Na_(2)S solution and H_(2)S atmosphere was studied by immersion corrosion and electrochemical tests.And the effects of Sc addition on the corrosion morphology,components of the corrosion products,microstructure,and mechanical properties of Ag-Ni alloys were investigated by SEM,EDS,OM,and hardness tests.The results show that the moderate addition of Sc can reduce the corrosion current of the alloy,improve the sulfuration resistance of the alloy,refine the grains of the alloy,and thus enhance the hardness of the alloy.However,excessive Sc content will lead to excess amount of intermetallic compounds and grain boundary segregation in the alloy microstructure,deteriorating the hardness and sulfuration resistance of the alloy.Taking all factors into consideration,the optimum addition of Sc in Ag-Ni alloys is 0.15%.
