摘  要:依据2013-2021年相关数据,从基础设施投入、经济与发展、环境与能源3个方面构建评价体系,通过熵权—模糊物元模型从时间、空间维度评价南京都市圈绿色物流水平。结果表明:总体上,南京都市圈绿色物流水平前期略有降低,中期大幅上升,后期明显下降;分城市看,统计区间内南京、芜湖历年基本稳居第一、第二名,镇江和马鞍山历年处于后两位,滁州、宣城、淮安及扬州历年在第三至第六名间波动。对此,从加强基础建设、优化货运结构、加强科技创新、发挥辐射带动作用、加强区域协同合作等方面提出对策。According to the relevant data of 2013-2021,this paper constructs the evaluation system from three aspects of infrastructure investment,economy and development,environment and energy,and evaluates the green logistics level of Nanjing metropolitan area from the time and space dimension through the entropy weight-fuzzy matter element model.The results show that,in general,the green logistics level in Nanjing metropolitan area decreased slightly in the early stage,increased significantly in the middle stage,and decreased significantly in the later period;by cities,over the years,Nanjing and Wuhu ranked first and second mainly,Zhenjiang and Ma􀆳anshan ranked last,and Chuzhou,Xuancheng,Huaian and Yangzhou fluctuated in the third and sixth places.In this regard,countermeasures are put forward from strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing freight structure,increasing scientific and technological innovation,giving play to radiation role and strengthening regional cooperation.
