摘  要:支撑剂是水力裂缝的核心材料,用以支撑水力裂缝形成高导流油气通道,提升油气井产能和采收率。运用功能性压裂支撑剂解决储层产水、出砂等生产难题更为直接有效。目前,控水支撑剂解决储层产水量较高、固结支撑剂解决储层疏松出砂的相关研究及应用取得了进展。近年来,从支撑剂入手改进压裂液携砂能力、降低脱砂风险、降低压裂成本也取得了实质性的成果。本文重点综述了控水支撑剂、固结支撑剂、自悬浮支撑剂与相变支撑剂的研究现状,阐明了功能性压裂支撑剂的技术机理及发展趋势,为后续研发功能性压裂支撑剂提供新思路。Proppants are core components of hydraulic fracturing,which is used to support hydraulic fractures to form highly conductive channels for production well to improve well productivity and recovery.It is more direct and effective to use functional fracturing proppants to solve the production problems such as reservoir water production and sand production.At present,progress has been made in the research and application of water control proppant to solve the problem of high reservoir water production and consolidation proppant to solve the problem of loose sand production.In recent years,substantial achievements have been made in improving the sand carrying capacity of fracturing fluid,reducing the risk of sand removal and reducing the cost of fracturing by using proppants.In this paper,the research status of water-controlled proppants,consolidated proppants,self-suspension proppants and phase change proppants are reviewed,and the technical mechanism and development trend of functional fracturing proppants are expounded,which provides a new idea for the subsequent research and development of functional fracturing proppants.
