钻井液用高温极压润滑剂的性能研究

摘  要:针对海上钻探高温高压大位移井、水平井由于高温高压和高摩阻带来的钻井作业难题,合成了新型含硫极压润滑剂(多羟基硫化脂肪酸酰胺,SFAA),通过红外对其结构进行表征,通过极压润滑仪和四球试验机对其性能进行评价。结果表明,在水基钻井液基浆中加入1%的SFAA,在150~210℃热滚后,润滑系数降低率可达到78.6%~84.6%,并能提升钻井液的抗温性能;与传统含硫润滑剂相比,SFAA在更广泛的应用温度范围内具有更优异的润滑性能和抗磨性能。In order to solve the drilling engineering problems caused by high temperature,high pressure and high friction caused by offshore drilling of high temperature and high pressure extended reach wells and horizontal wells,a new sulfur-containing extreme-pressure lubricant(SFAA)was synthesized and characterized by IR.The extreme pressure lubricator and four-ball friction and wear testing machine were used to evaluate the lubricating properties of SFAA.The results show that the reduction rate of lubrication coefficient can reach 78.6%~84.6%after hot rolling at 150~210℃by adding 1%SFAA to water-based drilling fluid,and the temperature resistance of drilling fluid can be improved.Compared to traditional sulfur-containing lubricants,SFAA offers superior lubrication and wear resistance over a wider range of application temperatures.
