摘  要:针对海上油田低渗砂岩,以无量纲导流能力为基础,建立了低渗砂岩储层压裂裂缝半长和支撑缝导流能力优化经验公式。支撑剂优选方面,形成了以匹配支撑缝导流能力为主要目标的支撑剂粒径优选方法,同时研究了加砂强度的计算经验公式。已实施的1口井低渗互层型砂岩储层压后获得了商业性油气流,产能释放效果十分显著。实践证明,以无量纲导流能力为基础的压裂工艺设计方法可以提升海上低渗砂岩压裂设计的时效性和有效性,具有一定推广价值。In view of offshore low permeability sandstone reservoirs,based on dimensionless conductivity,an empirical formula for optimization of fracture half-length and support fracture conductivity of low permeability sandstone reservoirs is established.In terms of proppant optimization,the optimization method of proppant particle size selection matching the fractures conductivity is the main objective,and the empirical formula for calculating the sand strength is studied.Commercial oil flow has been obtained after low permeability interbedded sandstone reservoir pressurization in one well,and the production enhancement is very significant.Practice has proved that the design method of fracturing process based on dimensionless conductivity can improve the effectiveness of fracturing design of offshore low permeability sandstone,and has certain popularization value.
