摘  要:宁夏石化公司炼油气分装置丙烯塔回流泵自大修改造后运行时存在出口管线高频振动、出口流量波动调节不稳定、机械密封频繁损坏的现象。本文从丙烯塔回流泵改造前后工艺操作条件和机泵变化等方面进行分析,提出改造后的机泵在超过额定流量运行时,必须汽蚀余量大于装置汽蚀余量、介质气化造成机封干磨是机泵频繁泄漏的原因。针对以上现象,制定并实施减少机泵必须汽蚀余量、增加装置汽蚀余量的方案,通过现场验证该方法可行,值得推广应用。During the operation of the propylene tower reflux pump,it was found that phenomenon about high-frequency vibration of the outlet pipeline,unstable adjustment of the outlet regulating valve and frequent damage of the mechanical seal were occured in the refinery gas separation unit of Ningxia Petrochemical Company.This paper analyzes changes of process operation and pump before and after the transformation of propylene tower reflux pump.When the transformation pump runs beyond the rated flow,NPSHr is greater than NPSHa.And it was found mechanical seal dry grinding caused by liquefied gas gasification is the cause of frequent leakage of the pump.Based on the above phenomena,the suggestions about reduce NPSHr of pump and increase NPSHa of propylene tower are put forward.Field applications illustrated that the method is valid and worth popularization.
