摘  要:目的:基于MRI使用自动脑分割技术探讨中国学龄期健康人群不同脑结构体积的差异。方法:对144例学龄期健康志愿者使用GE Discovery 750w 3.0T磁共振仪进行颅脑MRI扫描,扫描序列主要包括T1WI、T2WI和T2-FLAIR。基于横轴面T1WI,采用自动脑分割技术获得分割图像并可获得脑内各结构的体积,包括全脑、脑灰质、脑白质、大脑白质、皮层下灰质、内侧颞叶、外侧颞叶、枕叶、岛叶、小脑灰质、小脑白质、额叶、顶叶、扣带回、脑室、脑脊液和脑干的体积值和标准化体积值(脑结构体积与全脑体积的比值)。分析不同性别和四个年龄组以及左、右侧之间各脑结构体积的差异,及脑内各结构体积与年龄之间的关系。结果:在不同性别组之间,左侧脑白质、双侧脑白质、左侧大脑白质、右侧大脑白质、双侧脑白质以及皮层下灰质、内侧颞叶、外侧颞叶、枕叶、额叶、顶叶和扣带回的部分区域的标准化体积值,以及颅脑总体积值的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左右侧脑结构之间,小脑白质、楔叶、岛叶、侧脑室、以及皮层下灰质、内侧颞叶、外侧颞叶、额叶、顶叶和扣带回的部分区域的标准化体积值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑脊液的标准化体积值与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.49,P<0.05),右侧壳核、左侧海马旁回、双侧梭状回、双侧颞上回、右侧颞下回、左侧额上回、双侧额中回前部、双侧额极、左侧顶上小叶、双侧顶下小叶和左侧楔前叶的标准化体积值均与年龄呈正相关(r=0.42、0.42、0.59、0.58、0.44、0.44、0.47、0.51、0.47、0.48和0.48,P均<0.05)。结论:基于MRI的自动脑分割技术能快速直观地显示和测量健康学龄期人群各脑结构的体积;不同性别健康学龄期人脑内结构体积存在差异,并且随年龄增加,脑脊液体积减小,内侧颞叶、外侧颞叶、额叶和顶叶的部分区域及右壳核体积增大。Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in brain structural volumes among healthy individuals in the Chinese school-age population using automated brain segmentation techniques based on MRI.Methods:A total of 144 healthy school-age volunteers underwent MRI brain scan at a GE Discovery 750w 3.0T MR scanner.The scanning sequences included T 1WI,T 2WI T 2-fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(T 2-FLAIR).Based on the axial T 1WI,automated brain segmentation techniques were used to obtain segmented images of brain structures and the volumes and standardized volumes(the ratio of individual brain structure volume to total brain volume)of various structures within the brain,including total brain,brain gray matter,brain white matter,cerebral white matter,subcortical gray matter,medial temporal lobe,lateral temporal lobe,occipital lobe,insular lobe,cerebellar gray matter,cerebellar white matter,frontal lobe,parietal lobe,cingulate gyrus,ventricles,cerebrospinal fluid,and brain stem.The differences of brain structural volumes in different gender-groups,four age-groups,and left and right side of the brain were analyzed statistically,and the correlation of brain structural volumes with age was observed.Results:Statistical differences of the absolute value of whole brain volume,also of standard volume of brain structures,including left white matter,white matter,bilateral cerebral white matter,cerebral white matter,part of subcortical gray matter,part of the medial temporal lobe,part of the lateral temporal lobe,part of the occipital lobe,part of the frontal lobe,part of the parietal lobe,part of the cingulum were found between different genders.There were statistical differences of bilateral standard volume of part of subcortical gray matter,part of medial temporal lobe,part of lateral temporal lobe,cuneus,insula,cerebellar white matter,part of frontal lobe,part of parietal lobe,part of cingulate gyrus and lateral ventricle.The standard volume of cerebrospinal fluid was negatively correlated with aging
