摘  要:乙烯和丙烯是石油化工产业的核心,其生产能力是衡量一个国家石油化工发展水平的重要指标。传统烯烃生产面临着石油资源供应不足和产品市场竞争力下降的困境,因此,石油替代途径——甲醇制低碳烯烃和生物乙醇制乙烯一直备受关注。分子筛催化剂是烯烃生产工艺的核心,然而传统微孔分子筛受扩散限制导致其催化寿命短且烯烃收率低。多级孔分子筛的应用能够解决扩散限制问题并提高活性位的利用率,在甲醇制低碳烯烃和乙醇制乙烯反应中表现出优异的催化性能。从制备方法、多级孔形成机理以及构效关系三个方面综述多级孔分子筛催化剂的研究进展,并对不同制备方法和构效关系研究中存在的问题进行总结和展望。Ethylene and propylene are the main building blocks of the petrochemical industry,and their production capacity is an important indicator to measure the development level of a country s petrochemical industry.The conventional processes are facing the dilemma of insufficient supply of petroleum resources and declining market competitiveness of products.Therefore,non-oil routes(methanol to light olefins and bioethanol to ethylene)have been receiving considerable attention.Zeolite catalyst is the core of olefin production processes,its typical microporous structure imposes serious diffusion limitations and results in short catalytic life and low olefin yield unfortunately.Hierarchical zeolites have been reported to cope with these problems and improve the utilization of active sites,showing excellent catalytic performance in the methanol to light olefins and ethanol to ethylene reactions.In this paper,the research progress on hierarchical zeolite catalysts is reviewed from three aspects including preparation methods,the strategies of hierarchical pore formation,and structure-activity relationships.The problems and prospects in different preparation methods and structure activity relationships are summarized and prospected.
