摘  要:以催化裂化脱固油浆为原料,通过加氢工艺,制备出硫含量≤0.3%、三环四环芳烃含量≥40%的优质针状焦原料。采用自主研发的以加氢脱硫功能为主的CAT-A催化剂与以直接脱硫功能为主的CAT-B催化剂级配装填,使原料油中的噻吩类化合物通过一侧苯环加氢再进一步氢解脱硫,使催化剂在高效脱硫的同时,保留尽量多的多环芳烃。结果表明,在反应温度T+20℃、反应压力6 MPa、氢油体积比1 000∶1、空速1.0 h^(-1)条件下,加氢脱硫催化剂和直接脱硫催化剂装填比例为3∶2时,可将油品硫含量降至0.289%,三环四环芳烃含量42.3%,生产出满足要求的针状焦原料。Through the hydrogenation process,the FCC solid removal slurry is processed into needle coke feedstock.And the needle coke raw material requires sulfur content less than 0.3%and tricyclic and tetracyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content more than 40%.The self-developed CAT-A catalyst with hydrodesulfurization function and the CAT-B catalyst with direct desulfurization function are used for staged loading.The thiophene compounds in the feed oil are hydrogenated through one side of the benzene ring,and then further hydrodesulfurization.Then the catalyst retains as much polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons as possible while desulfurizing efficiently.The results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature T+20℃,reaction pressure 6 MPa,hydrogen/oil volume ratio 1000∶1,space velocity 1.0 h^(-1),and the loading ratio of hydrodesulfurization catalyst and direct desulfurization catalyst is 3∶2,the required needle coke raw material can be produced with sulfur content of 0.289%,and tricyclic and tetracyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content of 42.3%.
