摘 要:采用适用于大面积制备的感光溶胶-凝胶法在20钢表面制备格点直径为10μm、高约为0.5μm的TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)点阵,并在该点阵上涂敷不同厚度的氟硅烷薄膜,研究氟硅烷厚度对复层薄膜耐蚀性的影响规律。研究发现,在保证氟硅烷成膜质量前提下,膜层越厚,得到的氟硅烷/TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)点阵复层薄膜的超疏水性越明显。奈奎斯特曲线中也显示这样的样品Rct值越大,能有效阻止样品被腐蚀。进一步通过浸泡实验可以得出,随着氟硅烷厚度的增加,样品表面的耐蚀性增强,但当氟硅烷厚度超过一定阈值时,会降低其在点阵上的成膜性,导致成膜质量过差,20钢失去了氟硅烷的保护,样品腐蚀相对严重。该研究为20钢及其类似碳钢的腐蚀与防护提供了一种新的思路和方法,明确了复层防护膜层制备技术以及氟硅烷厚度对复层薄膜耐蚀性的影响规律。这种材料和制备技术有望在热力管道、油气管道领域推广应用。TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)lattice with dot diameter of 10μm and height of 0.5μm was prepared on surface of 20#steel by photosensitive sol-gel method.Thin film of fluorosilane was coated on TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)lattice,and effect of film thickness on corrosion resistance was studied.It is found that the thicker the film layer,the more obvious the superhydrophobicity of the coated 20#steel.The Nernst curve also shows that the larger the R ct value of such samples,the stronger the corrosion resistance of the materials.It can be further concluded from the immersion test that the corrosion resistance of the sample increases with the increase of the fluorosilane thickness.But when the fluorosilane thickness exceeds a certain threshold,the fluorosilane film has a bad quality.The protection of 20#steel by organic coating is weakened.This study provides a new idea and method for the corrosion and protection of 20#steel and other carbon steels.The influence of fluorosilane thickness on the corrosion resistance of the samples was clarified.This material and preparation technology are expected to be widely used in the fields of heat pipelines,oil and gas pipelines.
