二氧化锰纳米颗粒的制备及其催化氧化甲苯的性能

摘　　要：以高锰酸钾为锰源,在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的作用下,加入正丁醇作为还原剂制备纳米二氧化锰催化剂。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析、氮气等温吸附-脱附以及氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等技术对制备的纳米二氧化锰进行分析,结果表明,其粒径为(10~20) nm,主要成分是二氧化锰,比表面积达到91.84 m^(2)·g^(-1)。同时该催化剂具有良好的催化氧化甲苯的性能,在甲苯浓度1 000×10^(-6)、空速60 000 h^(-1)条件下,261℃时可以达到50%以上分解率,275℃可以几乎完全分解(99%)。Using potassium permanganate as manganese source,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as surfactant,n-butanol as reducing agent,manganese dioxide nanoparticles were prepared.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms and hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H 2-TPR)were used to analyze the prepared manganese dioxide.The results show that the catalyst has a particle size of(10-20)nm,main ingredient is MnO_(2)and the specific surface area is 91.84 m^(2)·g^(-1).The catalyst has good catalytic performance in the oxidation of toluene.At a toluene concentration of 1000×10^(-6) and a space velocity of 60000 h^(-1),the decomposition conversion is over 50%at 261℃and 99%at 275℃.
