摘　　要：CDM催化精馏模块具有优异的“催化反应”和“组分分离”双重功能,可应用于甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、轻汽油醚化、甲缩醛及叔丁醇脱水、汽油加氢脱硫、聚甲氧基二甲醚和马来酸二甲(乙)酯等工艺。主要介绍CDM催化精馏模块产品特点,甲基仲丁基醚(MSBE)产生原因、解决方法和催化精馏模块在降低MTBE产品中MSBE含量的工业应用情况。CDM catalytic distillation module has excellent dual functions of“catalytic reaction”and“component separation”,and can be applied to process such as methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE),etherification of light gasoline,dehydration of methylal and tert-butanol,hydrodesulfurization of gasoline,polymethoxy dimethyl ether and dimethyl(ethyl)maleate.This paper introduces the product characteristics of CDM catalytic distillation module,causes,solutions and industrial application of catalytic distillation module in reducing 2-methoxybutane(MSBE)content in MTBE products.
