摘　　要：就业是民生工程,事关社会稳定和经济发展。自1999年高校扩招以来,大学生人数不断增加。但近年来市场主体的用人需求受疫情冲击持续缩减,高校专业设置与市场需求脱节,大学生“就业难”问题日益突出。本文在阐述当代高校毕业生就业现实意义基础上,多视角分析高校毕业生就业面临的问题和困难,从政府、高校、单位、学生四个层面提出了促进高校毕业生就业的对策,旨在为促进高校毕业生就业提供理论依据和现实指导。Employment was a livelihood project,related to social stability and economic development.Since the enrollment expansion of colleges in 1999,the number of college students have been increasing,the demand for employment station have increased rapidly.In recent years,the demand for employment of market players have been reduced by the impact of the epidemic,the professional setting of colleges and universities was disconnected from the market demand,the employing unit had recruitment discrimination,the ability of graduates to be improved,and the problem of"difficult employment"of college students have become increasingly prominent.Based on this,on the basis of explaining the practical significance of the employment of college graduates,this paper analyzes the new problems faced by the employment of college graduates from multiple perspectives,and put forward the countermeasures to promote the employment of college graduates from the four levels of government,colleges,units and students,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the employment of college graduates.
