基于5G网络信息平台的延续护理对无痛胃肠镜患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于5G网络信息平台的延续护理对无痛胃肠镜患者的影响。方法:选取2022年4月1日~2023年4月1日接受无痛胃肠镜手术的100例患者为研究对象,采用随机双盲法将其分为两组;对照组在常规围术期麻醉护理基础上给予5G网络信息平台干预,观察组在对照组基础上加入延续护理。比较两组心理状况[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)],不良反应发生情况,生活质量[采用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)],护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组SF-36各维度评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于5G网络信息平台的延续护理能缓解无痛胃肠镜手术患者麻醉护理期间焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on 5G network information platform in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy from April 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups by randomized double-blind method.The control group was given the intervention of 5G network information platform on the basis of routine perioperative anesthesia nursing.The observation group was added with continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological status by the SAS and SDS,adverse reactions,quality of life by SF-36,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the SF-36 scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on 5G network information platform can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression in patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery during anesthesia nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
