摘　　要：目的:探讨全程优质护理模式结合心理疏导模式在肾癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月1日~2020年12月31日接受肾癌手术治疗的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用全程优质护理模式结合心理疏导模式。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组术前焦虑、抑郁水平低于对照组(P<0.01),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01),住院时间和住院费用少于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:全程优质护理模式结合心理疏导模式能有效降低肾癌手术患者的术前焦虑、抑郁水平及术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-process quality care model combined with psychological counseling model in patients with renal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent renal cancer surgery from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional care model,and the observation group adopted the whole-process quality care model combined with psychological counseling model.The intervention effects the two groups were compared.Results:The preoperative anxiety and depression levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),the hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The whole-process quality care model combined with psychological counseling model can effectively reduce the preoperative anxiety and depression levels of patients with renal cancer surgery,reduce the postoperative complication rate,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
