黄蔡交谊与清末民初政局  

Huang Xing&Cai E’s Friendshipand the Political Situation dur-ing the Period of Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China

摘　　要：黄兴和蔡锷在日本留学期间,因参与革命实践活动相识相知。嗣后,黄兴在领导东南沿海反清武装斗争时,蔡锷配合默契,暗中予以支持。武昌首义后,两人此呼彼应,黄兴领导的阳夏之战刚刚开场,蔡锷领导的云南“重九”起义旗开得胜。在以孙中山为代表的同盟会领导下,在全国各族人民的共同努力下,最终推翻了清政府的反动统治,建立了南京临时政府。在反袁护国战争中,黄兴流寓美国,幕后策划反袁斗争方略;蔡锷则在云南前线亲自领导护国战争,彻底粉碎了袁世凯复辟帝制的阴谋。黄兴和蔡锷在创造共和、再造共和的伟大斗争中都建树了不可磨灭的历史功勋,对清末民初政局产生了重要影响,也奠定了他们彼此之间生死与共的战斗情谊。During their study abroad in Japan,Huang Xing and Cai E got to knoweach other through their participation in revolutionary practice activities.Later,when Huang Xing led the anti-Qing government struggle along the southeast coast,Cai E cooperated tacitly and secretly supported him.After the Wuchang Uprising,the two of themechoed each other.The Battle of Yang Xia led by Huang Xing had just begun,and the Yunnan“Chong Jiu”Uprising led by Cai E got victory.Under the leadership of Tung Meng Hui,represented by Sun Yat sen,and with the joint efforts of the people of all ethnic groups in the country,the reactionary rule of the Qing government was finally overthrown and the Nanjing Provisional Government was established.In the anti-Yuan struggle,Huang Xing resided in the Un-ited States and planned the anti-Yuan struggle strategy behind the scenes;Cai E personally led the Republic-Defence War on the front line in Yunnan,completely crushing Yuan Shikai’s conspiracy to restore the monarchy.Huang Xing and Cai E both made indelible his-torical contributions in the great struggle to create and rebuild a republic,which had a significant impact on the political situation during the period of late Qing and early Republic of China,and also established their unbreakable friendship.
