摘  要:汽车车身地板纵梁前端和地板纵梁的抗撞性直接影响到汽车正面碰撞时侵入量的大小。汽车碰撞中该部位的运动和变形形式复杂,结构设计变量多,是汽车车身抗撞性设计的难点部位。以减小驾驶室侵入量为目标,建立地板纵梁前端和地板纵梁碰撞变形的简化机构,利用限度分析法,结合薄壁梁最大弯曲力矩理论,将地板纵梁前端和地板纵梁的变形量目标转化为该部位最大弯曲力矩。采用帽形薄壁梁最大弯曲力矩理论公式,考虑结构质量因素,进行结构尺寸、厚度和材料的选择。在65km/h正面全宽刚性碰撞工况中,采用该方法获得的优化结构可使加速度峰值降低72.4m/s^(2),驾驶员侧左脚处和转向节处侵入量分别降低21.1mm和25.8mm,达到了将最大侵入量控制在150mm以内的目标。The impact resistance of the front end of the floor longitudinal beam of the car body and the floor longitudinal beam directly affects the amount of intrusion during the frontal collision of the car.The movement and deformation forms of this part are complex in a car collision,and there are many structural design variables.It is a difficult part of the car body crashworthiness design.The goal of reducing the intrusion of the cab is to establish a simplified mechanism for the collision deformation of the front end of the floor stringer and the floor longitudinal beam.The target is converted into the maximum bending moment of the part.Using the theoretical formula of the maximum bending moment of the hat-shaped thin-walled beam,considering the structural quality factors,the structural size,thickness and material are selected.In the 65km/h frontal full-width rigid collision condition,the optimized structure obtained by this method can reduce the peak acceleration by 72.4m/s^(2),and the amount of intrusion at the left foot of the driver’s side and knuckle side is reduced by 21.1mm and 25.8mm,respectively.Achieved the goal of controlling the maximum intrusion within 150mm.
