摘  要:在印染企业中,染缸资源的人工配置存在效率低、利用率低等问题。文章从离散事件动态系统的角度研究订单的染缸资源配置过程。根据染缸资源配置自动机模型的行为演变过程,将订单的染缸资源配置过程划分阶段,设定阶段指标函数、最优目标函数,建立各阶段性能指标函数间的递推关系式,运用动态规划原理,提出基于系数ρ和g的染缸资源优化配置算法,得到订单的染缸资源最优配置方式。研究表明,与人工配置结果相比,文章提出的算法能有效缩短订单组加工时间,提高染机资源利用率。In the dyeing and printing enterprises,there are problems such as low efficiency and low utilization of manual allocation of dye vat resources.This paper studies the resource allocation process of dye vats for orders from the perspective of discrete event dynamic system.According to the evolution process of the automata model behavior of dye vat resource allocation,the process of the dye vat allocation is divided into stages.The stage index function and the optimal objective function are fixed,and recursive relationships between performance index functions of each stage are established.Using the principle of dynamic programming,the optimal allocation algorithm of dye vat resources based on coefficientsρand g is proposed to obtain the optimal allocation method of dye vat resources for orders.The research shows that compared with the manual allocation results,the algorithm proposed in this article can effectively shorten the processing time of the order group and improve the utilization rate of dyeing machine resources.
