摘　　要：文章总结了一种全棉色织面料手感提升的技术创新点以及生产要点,介绍了原纱捻系数的选用、染色前处理毛效的提升、浆纱配方的优化、织造上机张力的调整以及整理柔软剂的搭配等多道工艺流程的生产要点,最终生产出的全棉色织面料手感柔软舒适且亲肤感强。This paper summarizes the technological innovation and production points for improving the hand feel of an all cotton yarn-dyed fabric,and introduces the production key points of multiple processes,including the selection of the original yarn twist coefficient,the improvement of wool effect in pre-staining treatment,the optimization of sizing formula,the adjustment of weaving tension on the machine and the combination of finishing softener.The final produced all cotton yarn-dyed fabric feels soft,comfortable and skin-friendly.
