摘　　要：文章以绍兴纺织服装企业为例,基于全球价值链理论以及绍兴纺织服装企业发展现状,分析纺织服装产业转型升级存在的问题,围绕模式、品牌、步骤等研究升级的内容,指出产业转型升级的实践路径。Taking Shaoxing textile and clothing enterprises as an example,based on the global value chain theory and the current development status of Shaoxing textile and clothing enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems in the transformation and upgrading of the textile and clothing industry,and points out the practical path of industrial transformation and upgrading focusing on the research and upgrading content of models,brands,steps,etc.
