摘  要:分析总结了高温测量技术研究及温度传感器开发现状。首先,简要介绍了AMS 2750G标准情况,以及测温系统校准的新理念,即在线校准的研究和应用现状。介绍了离线校准、在线校准的概念和两者的关系,以及便携式在线校准仪和带校准孔系列热电偶的开发与应用等。然后,详细阐述了难熔金属热电偶即钨铼热电偶的发展与应用,包括钨铼热电偶的特点与分类、国际领先的防氧化技术,并将国内外钨铼热电偶的性能进行了对比。最后,总结了进口温度传感器国产化的研究与应用,包括多用炉和渗碳炉专用热电偶、带校准孔热电偶、辉光离子氮化炉专用热电偶等的国产化研究,以及用廉金属和难熔金属热电偶替代贵金属热电偶的工作。该研究将为高温测量行业的从业者选择合适的温度传感器提供新的思路。The status of research on high temperature measurement technology and development of temperature sensors is analyzed and summarized. Firstly, the situation of AMS 2750G standard is briefly introduced, as well as the status of research and application of the new concept of calibration of temperature measurement system, i.e., online calibration. The concepts of offline calibration, online calibration, and the relationship between the two, as well as the development and application of portable online calibrators and thermocouples with calibration holes series are introduced. Then, the development and application of refractory metal thermocouple that tungsten rhenium thermocouple is elaborated in detail, including the characteristics and classification of tungsten rhenium thermocouple, the international leading anti-oxidation technology, and the performance of tungsten rhenium thermocouple at home and abroad is compared. Finally, the research and application of localization of imported temperature sensors are summarized, including the localization research of special thermocouples for multi-purpose furnace and carburizing furnace, thermocouples with calibrated holes, and special thermocouples for glow ion nitriding furnace, etc., as well as the work of replacing precious metal thermocouples with inexpensive metal and refractory metal thermocouples. This research will provide new ideas for practitioners in the high-temperature measurement industry to select suitable temperature sensors.
