摘  要:为降低新能源接入对电力系统的影响,研究了基于压缩采样的电力系统负荷频率自动控制方法。利用匹配追踪算法对采集到的新能源发电输出功率信号进行稀疏表示,并将稀疏表示后的信号投射至测量矩阵得到低维的测量值。在测量值范围内,运用L1范数优化方法得到重构后新能源发电输出功率。将该功率与期望功率的偏差作为扰动项,接入基于比例积分(PI)控制器的负荷频率控制模型。利用变论域方法调节PI控制器输入与输出论域。根据模糊推理定义伸缩因子,构建变论域模糊PI控制器使之作用于负荷频率控制模型,完成电力系统负荷频率的自动控制。试验结果证明:该方法控制后的输出功率稳定,负荷扰动下区域控制偏差和频率偏差小,电力系统负荷频率自动控制的精度最高可达99%,具有实用性。To reduce the impact of new energy access on the power system, the automatic control method of load frequency of power system based on compressed sampling is studied. The sparse representation of the collected new energy generation output power signal is carried out by using the matched tracking algorithm, and the low-dimensional measurement value is obtained by projecting the sparsely represented signal to the measurement matrix. The reconstructed output power of the new energy generation is obtained by using the L 1 paradigm optimization method within the range of the measured values. The deviation of this power and desired power is used as a perturbation term to access the load frequency control model based on proportional integral (PI) controller. The variable domain method is utilized to adjust the input and output domains of the PI controller. According to the fuzzy reasoning, the expansion factor is defined, and the variable domain fuzzy PI controller is constructed to act on the load frequency control model to complete the automatic control of the load frequency of the power system. The experimental results prove that the output power after control of this method is stable, the regional control deviation and frequency deviation under load disturbance are small, and the accuracy of automatic control of power system load frequency can reach up to 99%, which is practical.
