摘  要:高炉鼓风机拨风系统将其他高炉的热风通过拨风联络管引入故障高炉风道内,以防止由于高炉鼓风机紧急停机而出现的风口灌渣事故。在工况要求为双向测量并且直管段有限的情况下,提出既符合工艺要求又节省成本的双向流量计和限流孔板配合的方案。在选择双向流量计时,更多考虑在满足工艺的前提下便于施工安装和后续维护。在选择配套二次仪表时不仅考虑精度和成本,还创新性地使用一个差压变送器完成对双向流量的测量。在工程投产后一年左右的时间里,工况运行良好。该方案的思路具有普适性,适合推广应用。Blast furnace blower dial system introduces hot air from other blast furnaces into the duct of the faulty blast furnace through the dial contact pipe, to prevent the slagging in the air outlet due to the emergency shutdown of the blast furnace blower. In the case of bidirectional measurement and limited straight pipe section, a programm of matching a bidirectional flowmeter and restriction orifice plate is proposed to meet the process requirements and save cost. In the choice of bidirectional flowmeter, more consideration is to meet the process under the premise of convenient construction and installation and subsequent maintenance. In the choice of supporting secondary meter not only consider the accuracy and cost, but also innovative use of a differential pressure transmitter to complete the measurement of bidirectional flow. In about 1 year after the project is put into operation, the working condition runs well. The programme idea has universality, suitable for popularization and application.
