摘 要:如何解决接缝处的反射裂缝是公路路面“白加黑”工程中的关键问题之一,为此建立路面结构有限元数值模型,研究沥青加铺层厚度和旧水泥混凝土路面厚度变化对沥青层底荷载应力的影响,同时对比分析聚酯玻纤布、应力吸收层以及两者组合的三种抗裂缝处治措施的作用效果。结果表明:适当增加沥青加铺层的厚度可延缓反射裂缝的产生,考虑经济效果,沥青加铺层厚度存在最优值10cm;旧混凝土路面厚度对沥青加铺层反射裂缝的影响较小;聚酯玻纤布和应力吸收层均可削弱沥青层底的应力集中。抗裂缝效果从小到大为:直接加铺沥青层<聚酯玻纤布<应力吸收层<聚酯玻纤布+应力吸收层。How to solve the reflection cracks at the joints is one of the key issues in the"white and black"project of highway pavement.For this purpose,the impact of changes in asphalt overlay thickness and old cement concrete pavement thickness on the bottom load stress of the asphalt layer is studied by establishing the finite element numerical model of pavement structure.At the same time,the effectiveness of three kinds of treatment measures for crack resistance including polyester fiberglass cloth,stress absorption layer,and a combination of the two is compared and analyzed.The results show that:increasing the thickness of the asphalt overlay appropriately can delay the generation of reflection cracks.Considering the economic effects,there is an optimal value of 10cm for the thickness of the asphalt overlay;the thickness of the old concrete pavement has a little impact on the reflection cracks of the asphalt overlay;both polyester fiberglass cloth and stress absorption layer can weaken the stress concentration at the bottom of the asphalt layer.The anti-crack effect from small to large is:directly adding the asphalt layer<polyester fiberglass cloth<stress absorption layer<polyester fiberglass cloth+stress absorption layer.
