摘  要:为研究番茄苗期耐低温性的遗传规律,选取耐低温性不同的2份番茄高代自交系材料XC-1、XC-2于花期配制F1,再配制BC1、BC2、F2世代,对6个世代的幼苗同时进行低温处理,日间温度14℃,光照处理9 h(08:00—17:00),光照度为30μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),夜间7℃(17:00至翌日08:00)不进行光照,相对湿度为75%,共处理15 d。处理结束后调查耐低温性分级。采用主基因-多基因联合遗传分析方法研究耐低温性的遗传。结果表明,番茄幼苗耐低温性的遗传受2对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因控制,主基因的遗传率在BC1、BC2、F2世代分别达57.357%、54.441%、68.463%,多基因的遗传率分别达6.607%、10.602%、2.994%。主基因与多基因的影响较大,该性状的选择可在早代进行。In order to study the genetic inheritance of low temperature tolerance in tomato seedling stage,two tomato inbred lines XC-1 and XC-2 with different low temperature tolerance were selected to prepare F1,and then BC1,BC2,and F2 generations.The seedlings of six generations were treated with low temperature at the same time.The daytime temperature was 14℃with the light intensity of 30μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) for 9 hours(8:00 am-5:00 pm),while the night temperature was 7℃for 15 hours(5:00 pm-8:00 am).The relative humidity was 75%,and the total treatment time was 15 days.After the treatment,the classification of low temperature resistance was investigated,and the main gene-polygene combined genetic analysis method was used to study the genetic inheritance of low temperature tolerance.The results showed that the inheritance of low temperature tolerance of tomato seedlings was controlled by two pairs of additive major genes+additive-dominant polygenes.The heritability of major genes in BC1,BC2,F2 and other generations reached 57.357%,54.441%,68.463%,and the heritability of polygenes reached 6.607%,10.602%,2.994%,respectively.Major genes and polygenes have great influence,and the selection of this trait can be carried out in the early generation.
