基于文献计量的有机蔬菜消费研究进展分析

摘　　要：基于文献计量学的方法,借助Vosviewer等软件对2000—2022年Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的1051篇有机蔬菜消费相关文献进行统计和可视化分析,探索近20年来该领域的研究现状和发展态势,为今后有机蔬菜消费研究提供理论参考。结果表明,有机蔬菜消费领域的发文量整体呈增长的趋势,中国发文量最多,其次是美国、西班牙等;发文作者跨团队合作交流较少,研究机构合作较为紧密;关键词共现图谱显示有机农业系统可持续性、有机蔬菜的营养价值和饮食安全、消费者行为、有机蔬菜消费的环境效应和系统评估是该领域的四大研究主题。未来研究可以围绕有机蔬菜消费与居民生活、生态环境、产业发展3个方面具体展开。Based on the method of bibliometrics,with the help of Vosviewer and other software,this paper made a statistical and visual analysis of 1051 literatures related to organic vegetable consumption included in the core collection database of Web of Science from 2000 to 2022,explored the research status and development trend in this field in the past 20 years,and provided theoretical reference for the future research on organic vegetable consumption.The results showed that the number of publications in the field of organic vegetable consumption showed an overall growth trend.China had the largest number of publications,followed by the United States and Spain.The authors have less cross-team cooperation and communication,and the research institutions cooperate more closely.The key words co-occurrence map showed that the sustainability of organic agriculture systems,the nutritional value and dietary safety of organic vegetables,consumer behavior,environmental effects of organic vegetable consumption,and system evaluation were the four major research topics in this field.Future research can be focused on three aspects:organic vegetable consumption and residents’life,ecological environment and industrial development.
