摘 要:详细分析了二极管箝位型三电平变换器中功率器件关断尖峰电压产生的原因,探讨了工程上抑制关断尖峰电压的各种方法,并重点分析了常用的尖峰电压吸收电路使用注意事项。结果表明,传统的RCD电压尖峰吸收电路应用在三电平电路中,存在状态转换时若死区时间不足会产生瞬时短路电流的问题,对功率电路造成威胁,采用简化的RC吸收电路较为合适。最后通过仿真对上述分析进行了验证。The causes of the turn off peak voltage of power devices in diode clamped three-level converters is analyzed.The various methods of suppressing the turn off peak voltage in engineering is discussed.Then,the matters needing attention in the use of commonly used peak voltage absorbing circuits is emphatically analyzed.The analysis results show that when the traditional RCD voltage peak absorption circuit is applied to three-level circuits,there is a problem of generated instantaneous short circuit currents if the dead time is insufficient during state transition,which poses a threat to the power circuit.Therefore,it is more appropriate to use a simplified RC absorption circuit.Finally,the above analysis is verified by simulation.
