摘 要:为探究川北硬质岩沥青的热解特性,以及液相碳化过程中碳化温度和碳化时间对孔隙结构及元素成分等的影响,以广元岩沥青为原料,采用液相碳化法制备了沥青基多孔碳材料并进行分析。热重测试结果表明,岩沥青主要失重温度区间为400~600℃,最大失重速率温度为450℃,在1000℃时其残碳率为56.35%,升高碳化温度和延长碳化时间均能促进岩沥青热解和缩聚反应的进行。随着岩沥青中可挥发性成分的分解,稠环大分子趋向定向排列,其芳香性增加,极性降低,表面活性基团减少,比表面积增加,而过高的碳化温度和过长碳化时间会使所制材料的孔隙结构塌陷,造成比表面积降低。比表面积测试表明,所制ASUK4-2样品具有最大比表面积365.14 m^(2)/g,各样品的氮气吸附-脱附等温线均属于Ⅱ型,存在典型的H3滞后环,材料孔径分布以介孔为主,并存在少量大孔和微孔。本研究可为天然岩沥青碳化制备新型碳材料的高值化开发利用提供参考依据。In order to study the pyrolysis process of natural rock asphalt in north Sichuan,and investigate the effects of carbonization temperature and carbonization time on its pore structure and element composition during liquid phase carbonization,Guangyuan rock asphalt was used as raw material to prepare porous carbon materials by carbonation-activation method.The thermogravimetric analysis of raw materials showed that the main weight loss temperature range of rock asphalt was 400-600℃,the maximum weight loss rate present in 450℃,and the residual carbon rate was 56.35%at 1000℃.Increasing carbonization temperature and extending carbonization time would promote the pyrolysis and polycondensation reaction of asphalt,its aromaticities and hydrophobicity were enhanced,while the polarity decreased,at the same time,its volatile components were continuously expelled and the polycyclic aromatic molecules tended to be arranged in a directional manner.The specific surface area increased during this process.ASUK4-2 had a maximum specific surface area,which was 365.14 m^(2)/g.The nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms curve of each sample belonged to type II,and there was a hysteresis loop of type H3.The pore size distribution was mainly mesoporous,with a few large pores and micropore.This research provided a reference significance for investigating the carbonization process and material structure changes of natural rock asphalt under high temperature environment.
