摘 要:过硫酸钠(Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8))加入BaS溶液后会均匀地反应生成SO_(4)^(2-),再与Ba^(2+)进行均相沉淀反应即可生成BaSO_(4)。本试验采用上述原料制备BaSO_(4)粉体,对BaSO_(4)的晶相、形貌和粒径进行表征,研究了影响粉体粒径的因素。结果表明,Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)的添加方式由1次加完改为多次均量添加,提高反应温度,降低Ba S浓度,减少Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)添加量等方式,BaSO_(4)粒径均会显著增加。在20℃和100℃温度下,将0.3 mol Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)1次加入0.5 mol/L BaS溶液中反应完全后,所制备粉体的平均粒径分别为0.727μm和0.873μm。结果表明,在合适的反应温度下,通过调节BaS浓度和Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)添加量,采用均相沉淀法可以制备出亚微米级BaSO_(4)粉体。After mixing Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)with BaS solution,it will uniformly react to generate crystal forming SO_(4)^(2-),which can then undergo homogeneous precipitation reaction with Ba^(2+)to generate BaSO_(4).BaSO_(4)powders were prepared using them as raw materials,the crystal phase,morphology and particle size distribution of BaSO_(4)were characterized,and the factors affecting the particle size of BaSO_(4)powder were studied.The results showed that changing the addition method of Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)from one complete addition to multiple equal additions,or increasing the reaction temperature,or decreasing the concentration of BaS solution,or reducing the amount of Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)added,the average particle size of BaSO_(4)powder will significantly increase.After adding 0.3 mol Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)into 0.5 mol/L BaS solution at reaction temperatures of 20℃and 100℃,the average particle sizes of the prepared powders were 0.727μm and 0.873μm,respectively.The results indicate that under appropriate reaction temperature,by adjusting the concentration of BaS solution and the amount of Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)added,the homogeneous precipitation method can directly prepare submicron BaSO_(4)powder.
