摘  要:本试验进行了尿素石膏工业化生产试验,并探究了尿素石膏加入量对防火涂料基本性能影响。结果表明,尿素石膏工业化生产试验中,当砂磨次数为五次时,尿素石膏特征峰达到最大值,其转化率最高。尿素石膏能改善涂料的施工性能,一次涂刷厚度可达0.5~1.3 mm,大幅降低施工成本。尿素石膏最佳加入量为3%,此时碳层膨胀倍数11倍,平衡耐火温度275℃,碳层结构最紧密。尿素石膏受热温度在200~450℃范围时,大量分解产生二氧化碳、氨气、氮气、水蒸气等不燃气体,抑制燃烧,有利于涂层缺氧碳化。In this paper,we carried out urea gypsum industrial production experiments and explored the influence of urea gypsum addition on the basic performance of fireproof coatings.The results showed that in the industrial production experiment of urea gypsum,the characteristic peak of urea gypsum reached the maximum and the conversion rate was the highest when the sanding times were five.The urea gypsum had a good effect on the construction performance of the paint,which could reach 0.5-1.3 mm in one construction,greatly reducing the construction cost.When the addition amount of urea gypsum was 3%,the expansion ratio of carbon layer was 11 times,the equilibrium fire resistance temperature was 275℃,the structure of carbon layer was the tightest.When the heating temperature of urea gypsum was in the range of 200-450℃,a large number of decomposition produced carbon dioxide,ammonia,nitrogen,water vapor and other non-flammable gases,which was conducive to the anoxic carbonization of the coating.
